Hi, I’m Steph!

I’m a UK based, self-employed Virtual Assistant (think Personal Assistant but online/remotely)!

With 20 years experience in various roles, I have the experience to help with a multitude of tasks.

I currently work with a number of companies within the fitness industry. Helping with various tasks including; event day organisation, social media scheduling, diary management, customer communication, email automations and much much more

I’ve worked within the property management industry, helping clients to refurb houses & help manage tenants.

I’ve worked within the banking industry with roles such as; Financial Administrative Assistant, PMO Administrator, Project Manager and Account Manager.

I’ve also worked in the Retail industry.

I’m a friendly, hard working person and I love organisation. I believe everything has it’s place and by following a system things will flow.

My Story

I’m a wife and mum of 2, Ethan is 7 and Amelia is 10 – they are the reason I started this venture.

Being a mum is so rewarding, but trying to juggle work and children is tough!

I want to be there for my family as much as possible, for the school drop-off and pick-up, school holidays and whenever else they need me but I also still want to have something for me so my only identity isn’t just “mum”.

I’m passionate about building something for myself, for my family and to help others have more time for themselves and their family.

After losing my dad when he was just 61, it made me realise life is too short to be doing something that doesn’t make you happy.

I love how varied every day is and I get to choose who I work with…making my work days more enjoyable, which makes me a much nicer person for my family! 😉
